Payment Term
1. 50% Deposit once you receive the invoice to secure the space.
2. COD on move out day.
Cleaning Fee
1. There will be $2000 HKD cleaning fee, you may able to waive it if the space is neat & tidy on return day.
Working hours
1. Suggested working hours 1000-2100
2. Hours after 2100 will be count by hours, $500/hr
